The Short Answer Is None of Us Here. Brittany Cail, the Namesake of Our Restaurant, Was the 19 Year Old Daughter of Tracy Cail, One of Our Co-Owners. Brittany and Tracy Had Dreamed of Opening A Business Together, But Her Life Was Tragically Cut Short in A Traffic Accident in 2008. the Cail and Kovar Families Have Now Joined Together To Establish Something We Know She Would Be Proud To Be A Part Of, in A Place Where She Would Have Enjoyed Being Part of the Community. Our Mission Is To Provide Great Food, Service, and Atmosphere. Our Goal Is To Be A Vital Part of This Community Through Fundraising and Partnerships.
